We bought the first ocean front lot at Pinehurst with high expectations of a quality development with eastern seaboard-style architecture, and finally decided to build five years later after being introduced to Paul Caruana of Caruana Inc.  Five years was a long time to wait but nothing in that time frame had inspired us to contact a builder or architect until viewing the construction methods, creativity and timeless quality that his firm provides.  The attention to detail, specifications and vision for space and design has been unparalleled to any other building or construction opportunity we have ever been involved with.  Seeing was believing for us!  In 50 years people will struggle to articulate when it was actually built – a classic home built by a true craftsman!  Thanks Paul!
