Our dream became reality thanks to Paul Caruana. He built our beach home at Arch Cape, OR in 2003 and we consider that year of our lives to be one of the most positive and exciting yet.

By beginning with the big picture and planning on a high quality level we avoided the dreaded "upgrade" concept you hear about so often when people build a home. The starting point was totally top notch. Although we never felt pressured or pushed by Paul to stretch beyond our comfort zone, he was always reminding us that we would not regret our decisions to go with high quality materials. And he was right. Even so, highest quality woodwork, tile, windows and such would be nothing if not artfully arranged. Paul's ability to envision the final product makes him able to place each door, window and cabinet to take full advantage of the expert craftsmanship of his crew.

Paul is a wonderful manager. He schedules well and is able to keep the project moving. His relationship with his crew and sub-contractors was great. The level of cooperation, friendliness and enthusiasm on the job site is a real tribute to Paul's people skills and high integrity. Everyone involved loves Paul and was happy to be a part of his team, proud to be creating a wonderful home together.

Our home was completed on time and with no budgeting surprises. It was a fun process and we love the beautiful home Paul built. What more could we want?
